I am trying to contact the Four Seasons Skiing and Snowboarding gym in Toronto that you wrote about a few years ago. Any idea how I can get in touch with them. I am working on a film abut winter for CBC and we are interested in some video of people using it.

Is the video on your blog available?

What format is it in?

Hey, cool site.

I haven’t taken a slap shot off them yet, nor do I plan on it, but I’ve caught a few intended passes off the boot and been completely fine. That was actually one of my concerns with the Graf 502′s I was skating in before – the side of the boot offered little protection.

The online purchasing isn’t ideal for trying on if you have oddly shaped feet (they offer a return policy but it will cost you a $40 restocking fee), but they are very moldable, and most reviews seems to agree with my positive outlook on them.

I’m thinking about going for them but have you taken one off the foot in the new boot? I’m a B level player but I still get an occasional bruise through my graf 709s (I have Fred Flinstone feet!).
